These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nacura website and application (the "Service"), operated by Nacura ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nacura is a self-directed reflection, preparation, and integration platform. The Service is currently offered in early access, which means features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop the platform. We will communicate significant changes to early access members.

2. Not medical or professional advice

The Service provides tools for personal reflection and behavioral structure. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nacura does not provide, sell, facilitate, or encourage the use of any controlled substance. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your region.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you create in Nacura — your reflections, intentions, journal entries, and related material ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license necessary to store, process, and display Your Content back to you in order to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we do not use it for advertising. Our handling of Your Content is further described in our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization, interfering with the operation of the Service, reverse engineering the platform, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, text, graphics, frameworks, and software — is owned by Nacura and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary frameworks outside the Service.

7. Early access and availability

The Service is provided on an early access basis, "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change during this phase. During early access the Service is free; we will provide clear notice before introducing any fees.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your growth is your own; the outcomes of any practice, experience, or transition you undertake remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nacura and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon deletion of your account, Your Content will be permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
